Uwe Bögershausen (*1973) studied at the University of Oldenburg from 1994-1999, where he earned a degree in economics (Diplom-Ökonom). From 1999 until 2000 he worked as a consultant at CSC Ploenzke AG. Thereafter he worked until 2006 as project manager for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH.
From 2006 until 2010 he assisted aleo Solar AG, Prenzlau, in preparing and implementing its initial public offering. From 2007 until 2010 he worked in the capacity of CFO of aleo Solar AG, Prenzlau, which he continued to assist following its takeover by Robert Bosch GmbH until June 2010 as an independent consultant. In 2010, Bögershausen was appointed managing director of Derby Cycle Beteiligungs GmbH and became upon its reorganization as a stock corporation a member of the management board of Derby Cycle AG until 2012. Bögershausen joined the SLM Group in September 2013 as chief financial officer of SLM Solutions Holding GmbH. Upon the change of SLM Solutions Holding GmbH’s legal form into as a stock corporation in 2014, he became a member of the management board of SLM Solutions Group AG.

Previously served as the Vice President, Investor Relations and M&A at YIT Corporation (2013-2016). Various positions in finance including Head of Equity Research at FIM Bank and Associate Director at ICECAPITAL. Studied Industrial Management at Helsinki University of Technology majoring in International Projected-Oriented Business.

Ronald Köhler has been Head of Investor Relations at Covestro since June 2015. Köhler was born in Hanau, Germany in 1967. He studied business administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main and graduated from there in 1993.
In the same year he began his career as an equity analyst at BHF-Bank, later becoming Head of European Chemicals Equity Research at Commerzbank AG and Head of Equity at Concord Effekten AG.
From 2002 to 2015, Köhler held various management positions at MainFirst Bank AG, most recently as a Partner. Köhler is married and the father of two sons.

Mr. Zhihui Yang has served as New Oriental’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2015. He held multiple positions since he joined the Company in April 2006, including vice president of finance, deputy director of president office and senior financial manager.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Yang served as the financial director of Beijing Hua De Xin Investment Co., Ltd. from July 2002 to March 2006. From August 1997 and May 2002, Mr. Yang worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor. Mr. Yang received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University.
Biotechnologist and Astronaut
Dr. Soyeon Yi is South Korea’s first and only astronaut. She was selected as an astronaut in December, 2006, out of 36,000 contestants vying for the title of South Korea’s First Astronaut. On April 8, 2008, she launched into space on-board Soyuz TMA-12. During her 11-day mission at the International Space Station (ISS), Dr. Yi completed aggressive number of experiments contributing to South Korea’s science text books and science channel television lectures. During her historical return to earth on April 19, 2008, she survived a force of nearly 16-G (versus 4-G average) upon the ballistic re-entry. Due to re-entry complications, the first to welcome her return to earth were nomads in the plains of Kazakhstan.
Dr. Yi received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her Ph.D. from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). Her Ph.D. Thesis is about DNA separating nano-chips using temporal asymmetric ratchet effect in non-uniform electric fields”. In May, 2014, Dr. Yi received her MBA with emphasis on Technology and Global Leadership at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Currently a volunteer with various STEM related organizations including The Museum of Flight and Northwest Nuclear Consortium, Dr. Yi is passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders in STEM. When she is not busy with her global speaking engagements, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, gardening, crafts and hiking. She presently lives in Puyallup, Washington, with her husband.
